Work Source for Dallas County

Work Source is the regional workforce board for Dallas County in Texas. Dallas County employers are the primary customers for workforce services. In this region, FMS provided our client PSI with risk assessment, program evaluation, performance management, technical assistance and quality assurance. FMS developed reports based on the results of our evaluation activities and disseminates them to PSI management. We then met with PSI to discuss findings and to develop a plan of action to improve or adapt conditions affecting service gaps. FMS also evaluated customer satisfaction and monitored the implementation of new procedures to ensure staff compliance.
