The Tampa Bay Workforce Alliance (TBWA)

TBWA is the regional Workforce Board for Florida’s Workforce Region 15, Hillsborough County. TBWA serves more than 2,300 businesses annually, and nearly 100,000 job candidates visit their three career centers. FMS provided TBWA with career center management services as part of their newly established professional employer organization (PEO) service delivery model. As part of these services, FMS provided TBWA with case file and data reviews as part of our quality assurance, staff development training and performance monitoring services.
