Organizational Accreditation Consultation

FMS works with customers as they pursue accreditation for their organizations. We provide expert technical assistance, consultation and training to ensure compliance with specified accreditation standards. FMS has the experience and knowledge necessary to assist organizations in incorporating quality improvement aspects of accreditation into their workforce by providing consultation, support and technical assistance to the agency regarding organizational and/or programmatic changes that may be needed to achieve compliance with accreditation standards. In addition, we assist in the development of policies and procedures that meet the requirements of best practices.

Our goal is to help organizations access accreditation consultation services that meet their current needs. Therefore, our accreditation services are customized to individual organizational needs and budgets.

What our customers are saying:

"Feedback from the FMS QA staff has helped our management know where improvements are needed. Keeping QA staff independent from our organizational reporting structures has ensured that those positions remain separate and objective."
