Nebraska Employment First
Nebraska Employment First is a statewide strategy to reduce poverty and enhance the self-sufficiency of welfare recipients. FMS provided our client, PSI with quality assurance and performance management, and is responsible for the continuous quality evaluation of PSI's programs in Nebraska. We used a coaching model to identify opportunities for improvement and then work cooperatively with PSI to improve performance.
