Internal and External Programmatic Monitoring and Audits
FMS is well versed in workforce and human service programmatic monitoring. In all of our current projects throughout the country, we provide specific social service programmatic monitoring activities. These activities include hard-copy and electronic reviews of all populations served in diverse service delivery locations. We use database technology to gather data using standardized review tools that we customize to meet local program rules and guidance. The database will store the results of the reviews and develop tracking and trending reports for corrective action and process improvements.
FMS reviews include the following:
- Data entry validity and integrity
- Continued eligibility for services received
- Appropriate and timely case documentation
- Timeliness of service provision
- Appropriateness of services delivered
- Quality of services delivered
Using customized review tools developed for your business, assigned consultants can readily identify gaps and trends in existing service delivery and make recommendations for improvement. Across all of FMS' operations, we uphold the philosophy that if an action is not documented appropriately on the State's systems, it did not occur, and performance is evaluated accordingly.
A comprehensive report of the results of the review will be completed and provided to our clients at the completion of each monitoring period. FMS can also assist you in developing performance improvement plans that will initiate continuous improvement across each population served to increase client outcomes.
