FMS provides human resource and staff development services designed to help your organization reach its performance goals. In the human service field, we have found that continuous professional learning provides staff with the tools they need to adapt to the changing needs of their clients. Staff development training opportunities focus on two diverse types of learning opportunities:

FMS provides staff development training within our quality assurance and performance management services, either as an add-on or in collaboration with your internal staff training sector, to identify areas of service delivery that are not meeting expectations, to define changes in existing processes, or to identify new and emerging trends in regulatory or operational guidance.
