Dr. Bruce Waite

Dr. Bruce Waite has a Ph.D. in organizational development and has spent the majority of his professional career advocating for and working with persons with barriers to employment. Based on this experience, he is considered a top subject-matter expert in the field of workforce. Dr. Waite has more than 25 years of experience in vocational assessment, performance monitoring, one-stop management, employment training, and operation of programs for disabled individuals. He has served on multiple social service-related committees and boards. Dr. Waite is at his best when developing solutions to challenges encountered when implementing new programs, finding common ground among diverse community leaders with varied goals, and uncovering and implementing best practices for overcoming programmatic barriers.
